Site Specific Protection Plan for Fusion Dance Center

 

General Safety and Health Protocols

• Lobby is closed to viewing

• There is no food allowed

• Dance Floors are marked with boundaries to maintain social distancing 

• Signage is posted outside and inside to remind dancers and staff of social distancing

• Social distancing plan has been shared with all staff, and is posted on the doors , in the dance rooms, and on the website

• Students will not be required to wear masks. Staff will wear masks if they can not keep distance

• All studio props have been removed from rooms

• Each student will place his or her personal items in a cubby, while maintaining 6 feet from other dancers placing their items in the cubbies

• Dancers and staff members will either wash hands with soap and water or use hand sanitizer before they enter the dance room and when they exit the dance room

 

Cleaning Protocols

• The studio is cleaned in its entirety daily either before or after classes. Including disinfection of all surfaces

• Bathrooms are cleaned with a disinfectant every hour

• Mats are cleaned after every class

 

Drop off and pick up procedures protocols

• Dancers must wait outside for the teacher or staff person to open the door 

• Dancers cannot be pick up more than 5 min late

• Dancers can not arrive late

• Dancers must wash their hands with soap and water or use hand sanitizer before starting class

• Dancers will enter studio and go to their box

• Dancers will use hand sanitizer upon exiting class

 

Employee Training

• Review cleaning protocols between classes

• Review drop off and pick up protocols

• Self Screening-do not come into work if you are coughing, runny nose, sore throat, fever of 100 or more

• Staff must wash hands when they enter the building and in between classes

• Staff must wash their hands or use hand sanitizer after touching their face
