Tuition Fees and Payment

*Tuition is paid monthly or in 1 payment (8% discount if paid in 1 full payment)

*4% Discount if pay by cash 10 days before installment is due

*All FDC members must have a card on file

*Accounts not paid by 5 days after installment with incur a $20 late fee

*$30 fee added to NSF returned checks

*Any accounts not paid by final week of month results in dancer not being able to attend class

*Refunds are not given for missed classes

*No refunds on costume rental fees

*Membership Fee $45 (Family $65) **This includes Spring Recital Digital Download

Rollover Membership

For your convenience, and to reserve a space for the following season, annual membership fees will be automatically renewed and applied to your account on May 31, 2026 unless a withdrawal form is completed in the office before that date.

Attendance

Regular attendance is vital to student progress and group choreography. Please make every effort to attend each class. Please report all absences via email to the studio.

 

Drop Forms

Dance season is Sept. 3rd to Spring Recital. When you register for classes, you are registering for the entire season. To discontinue classes and discontinue autopay, we require that you send an email to the studio 10 days before next installment is due. *Please note, refunds are not given for missed classes. 

 

Inclement Weather Policy

In the event of inclement weather, an email will be sent and a Facebook post will be made by 3pm if classes are canceled. Since we are working to be a tech enabled studio, we may still be able to have class.

 

Emergency Closures

In the event that we have to close due to illness or pandemic, classes will be held online with a condensed schedule. All other policies, including dropping class, still continue as above. 

 

Safer Studio Policy

FDC requires all staff and students to stay home when they are ill. In order to reduce the community spread of Coronavirus, we follow best practices and recommendations from authorities and industry associations. FDC understands that unlike older children and adults, young children cannot be expected to maintain social distancing at all times. Therefore FDC focuses on a hierarchy of measures beginning with keeping ill people home, followed by frequent hand cleaning and good hygiene practices, amplified cleaning, and curricular and facility adaptations to minimize contact and mingling where possible. All studio classes are backed up on an online learning platform. In the event a class is unable to be held at the studio, classes will convert to an online learning platform until in-studio classes can resume. In the event a teacher is sick and a sub is not available, classes will either be on zoom or rescheduled.

 

Winter Showcase and Spring Recital

We have 2 all studio performances a year.

**NEW** Winter Showcase “Winter Wishes and Warm Hearts”: An informal Showcase at Whitlock Music Center on Campus of GU. Scheduled for Jan 10th. (Weather date Jan. 11th) Dress Code will be optional Tee and black leggings. Part of the t-shirt proceeds will go to a local charity (TBD before show). We will also take donations that will also go to that charity. To date, Fusion Dance Center has collected a little less than $30,000 for local families and charities

 

Spring Recital: Is the culmination of the entire Season. We currently plan to have just 1 show, but we try to keep our shows to less than an hour so it may be split into 2. For our Spring Recital we have Rental Costumes. This is a more affordable option considering the rise in costs for products and goods. Most classes that are in the same age group will have just 1 costume, but sometimes we have 2. This will be communicated with you as early as possible. Costume Rental Fee is $50 that includes the Costume Rental, the cleaning, organizing, and our Recital t-shirt. Tickets are required for the show for audience members (this helps us with the rental fee, staff, and babysitters). 


 

Scholarships: 

Scholarships are available based on need. If this is something you would like to apply for, please reach out to Miss Heather. We have a panel of trusted people who will reach out.
